Goal guide

Stress, mood & mental wellness with FitLine (education-only)

This guide is for adults in the United States who are thinking about stress, mood and mental wellness and are curious how certain FitLine products are typically positioned. It is not a treatment for depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder or any other mental health condition.

We are an independent FitLine partner (Sponsor ID: 41174012), not the official FitLine website. All information below is for wellness education only and must be reviewed with your clinician or mental health professional.

What we mean by “stress & mental wellness”

In this guide, “stress and mental wellness” refers to everyday stress load, resilience, focus and general emotional well-being in adults who are already under the care of a clinician if they have any mental health diagnosis. It does not mean:

  • diagnosing or treating depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder or other psychiatric conditions,
  • replacing therapy, medications or crisis services,
  • ignoring suicidal thoughts, self-harm urges or psychosis,
  • self-managing serious mental health problems without professional care.

If you have persistent low mood, loss of interest, panic attacks, thoughts of self-harm or any other severe symptoms, please talk to a licensed mental health professional as your primary resource.

FitLine products sometimes discussed around stress & wellness

The products below are occasionally mentioned when adults talk with their clinicians about energy, recovery and overall wellness. A mention here does not mean they treat any mental health condition – only that they may appear in broader conversations about lifestyle and self-care.

PowerCocktail

Positioned around daytime vitality and micronutrient intake. Some adults feel that stable energy, combined with good sleep and boundaries around work, helps them cope better with everyday stress.

Basics

Gut and micronutrient support. Since digestion and general health can influence how people feel day to day, some adults discuss gut-focused products with their clinicians as part of a “body and mind” approach.

Restorate

Mineral-focused product often used in evening routines. Some adults discuss it with their clinicians when working on overall recovery routines that also include sleep hygiene practices.

Generation 50+

Aimed at adults over 50, framed around vitality and aging. For some older adults, feeling physically stronger and more active can support their overall sense of well-being, under clinician guidance.

microSolve⁺ Omega 3

Omega-3 fatty acids are often discussed in relation to heart and brain health. They can interact with medications and conditions, so any use must be clinician-guided and never self-started for mood reasons.

Using the AI routine builder for stress-related goals

  1. Open the AI routine builder.
  2. Select “Stress & mental wellness” together with at most one other goal (for example sleep or energy).
  3. Review the suggested routine and simplify it to the smallest number of products you would realistically use.
  4. Print or save the routine and this guide to bring to your clinician or therapist.
  5. Follow only the version of the plan that your clinician approves – or their recommendation to skip supplements.

The AI tool is designed to help you organise questions about routines and timing, not to treat or diagnose any mental health condition.

Foundations of mental wellness that matter more

Whether or not you and your clinician decide to include FitLine products, mental wellness usually depends more on:

  • consistent sleep and wake times,
  • regular movement and time outdoors when possible,
  • balanced meals and regular hydration,
  • cognitive or other evidence-based therapies when indicated,
  • staying connected with people who support you,
  • appropriate use of medications when prescribed.

Supplements can sometimes play a supporting role in overall wellness, but they are not a substitute for therapy, medications or crisis support.

When to seek urgent help instead of self-managing

Do not rely on supplements or routines if you notice any of the following. Seek immediate help from emergency services or a crisis hotline:

  • thoughts of suicide or self-harm,
  • plans or intent to harm yourself or someone else,
  • hearing or seeing things others do not,
  • severe confusion, agitation or inability to care for yourself.

In the United States, you can call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, or dial 911 in a life-threatening emergency. If you are outside the US, please contact your local emergency number or crisis service.
